INSURANCE REBUILD COST

Elemental Quantity Surveyors understand that having an accurate and up-to-date reinstatement cost estimate is crucial to ensure you're not at risk of financial shortfalls in the event of a 'total loss.' Without an accurate estimate, you could find yourself underinsured, facing significant cost overruns if the worst were to happen. On the flip side, overvaluing the cost of rebuilding can lead to unnecessarily high insurance premiums.

We specialise in preparing Reinstatement Cost Estimates for insurance purposes, which insurance providers rely on to offer appropriate coverage in the event of a total loss. Our estimates comprehensively include construction works, professional fees, authority fees, and inflationary provisions. This thorough approach ensures that you are neither over- nor under-insured, giving you peace of mind that you're adequately covered while managing premiums effectively.

With our expertise, you can confidently safeguard your property, knowing that you have a reliable, accurate assessment of reinstatement costs that reflects current market conditions and potential future inflation.

Let us help protect your assets with a detailed and precise reinstatement cost estimate that ensures full coverage when you need it most.

REINSTATEMENT COST ASSESSMENTS

We prepare Reinstatement Cost Estimates for insurance purposes, which insurance providers review before offering you coverage in the event of a total loss. This estimate includes construction works, professional fees, authority fees, and Inflationary provisions.

We also include an Indemnity Estimate or Depreciated Replacement Cost Estimate, which is calculated using the straight-line method. This is used to calculate the appropriate value of Fire Services Levies for your insurance premiums to fund local fire departments.
